"Vanity - Metamorphosis of Mia" c 2006
I am FINALLY finished with this series of three paintings I created in response to the increasingly accepted practice of eating disorders. As a woman who has suffered through the grip of bulimia, and as a mother with two daughters, this subject is near and dear to my heart.
As with my first painting that sold, a portion of the proceeds from the sale of this piece will be donated to an eating disorder foundation.
20x24, gallery wrapped edges, signed in front and back, wired for professional hanging.
